National Customer Executive
WORKING WITH ME—THREE THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
- I serve as a primary contact at the corporate level for many of AEP’s largest commercial and industrial customers.
- My career with AEP spans more than three decades, where it began at Appalachian Power in 1986. During my time there, I served in various engineering and customer service roles. I then joined AEP’s National Customer team in 2008, where I now seek win-win solutions with National Customers to maximize their growth opportunities in our 11-state territory.
- I earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from West Virginia Institute of Technology and have a master’s degree in engineering management from West Virginia College of Graduate Studies.
