Manager of Economic and Business Development
WORKING WITH ME—THREE THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
- I joined AEP in 2021 after previously serving as the vice president for the Bay Economic Development Alliance (Bay EDA) for Bay County, Florida. In that role, I supported existing employers in Bay County and the recruitment of new industry, in an effort to diversify the economy. My notable project accomplishments included the successful recruitment of tier-one suppliers in the aerospace and automotive sectors, logistics and distribution operations, and a research and development technical center for Suzuki Motor Marine.
- Prior to joining the Bay County EDA team, I worked with Eutaw Construction Company, Inc., performing project management on large civil construction projects around the Southeast, including Baton Rouge and Knoxville. I also previously served as director of business and economic development at the Area Development Partnership, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, where I worked a number of projects that delivered thousands of jobs and significant financial investment into the community.
- I am an alumnus of The University of Southern Mississippi, holding a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Master of Science in Economic Development.
