  • I serve as a primary point of contact for large commercial and industrial customers, providing customer service, and economic and business development support in our 11-state service territory.
  • My career spans nearly four decades, starting at our operating company, Southwestern Electric Power Company, where I served in various customer service, marketing, program development, and technical support roles in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
  • I earned my bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at Louisiana Tech University.
